Set at the foot of the Hunters Hills, with the legendary white horse towering above the grounds, our historic showgrounds hosted its first A&P Show back in 1881. The Southern Canterbury A&P Association was amalgamated in 2011, bringing together the former Timaru and Waimate A&P Associations.
